At Union Optical, we follow Kuwait’s consumer protection regulations.

• Non-prescription items such as frames and sunglasses can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by the receipt.

• Prescription glasses are custom-made and therefore are non-refundable and non-returnable once lenses have been cut and fitted.

However, if there is:

• A manufacturing defect

• An issue with the prescription

• Or an error from our side

We will gladly repair, replace, or correct the issue at no cost.
